New Brunswick
Originally from Algeria and China, Lyne and Martin are proud immigrants to Canada. Previously living in Montreal, life brought us to Moncton as Lyne moved to New Brunswick’s largest city to pursue a degree in Criminology at Universite de Moncton. During our time travelling across the region, we both saw the potential Moncton and surrounding areas had to offer, and fell in love with the people living in this special community.
Learn moreAs real estate investors, we were drawn by the exciting market opportunity in New Brunswick. In March 2021, we left our lives behind in Montreal, packed up the Mazda and relocated to Saint John, New Brunswick to renovate a fourplex we had just purchased in the Uptown area.
Since then, we have helped dozens of distressed property owners by buying their properties on their terms, worked with local talent to fix up run-down buildings, and in turn provided improved housing options in local communities.
So why New Brunswick? Life brought us two Montrealers to Moncton as Lyne moved to New Brunswick’s largest city to pursue Criminology in the fall of 2020. When looking for a rental apartment for Lyne, we witnessed the skyrocketed demand first hand (resulting from Ontario and Quebec residents moving out east due to COVID-19 and pursuing a better standard of living).
After a considerate amount of research, we learned that Moncton was Canada’s 7th fastest growing municipality in 2020, growing faster than Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Ottawa and 24 other metropolitan areas across the country.

With Martin’s background in marketing, we prioritized establishing a strong and memorable brand identity both online and offline from the start. Unlike our friends south of the border, we don’t have free access to lists of tax-delinquent owners or people that are going through a divorce in the area…
However, we spend thousands of dollars every month on direct mail, PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns, automation tools, and even billboards to find off-market opportunities by promoting our acquisition services as an alternative solution to property owners. We are heavily involved in the community as well: driving for dollars, talking to people we meet locally, working with new and experienced realtors in the area, you name it.
